training, performance, and recovery. Open to COC students
only. Stop by WPEK 108 anytime between 11:15 a.m. and 12:15
p.m. to enjoy FREE food
samples and sports nutrition tips on these dates...

Every Spring, SNAC hosts
a fitness walk through the beautiful Gardens of the
Canyons. Participants visit 6 stations along the route,
complete a short wellness activity at each station, and then receive
a prize upon the walk's conclusion. Participants walk at their
own pace and can visit the 6 stations in any order, at any
time during the designated time frame below. All fitness
walks are FREE and open to the public.

Body-Mind Wellness Seminars
Every semester, SNAC hosts seminars featuring experts in the fields of nutrition,
fitness, stress management, and body image as part of the college's
Body Mind Wellness Seminar Series. These seminars
are FREE and open to the public. FLEX credit is available
to COC faculty who attend.
SNAC Business Meetings
SNAC members meet every other Friday, 9-10 a.m. for
business/program planning purposes. Anyone who is not an "official SNAC
member," but who is interested in learning more about SNAC or in
helping with SNAC activities, is welcome to attend SNAC meetings.
