CONFIDENTIALITY  & TREATMENT OF MINORS

All services are completely confidential (with special legal exceptions).

Any student under the age of 18 is required to have a parental consent form signed before receiving treatment (except in emergencies or cases exempted by law). All minor students are required to obtain parental consent as part of the school’s admissions process; if you are an enrolled student, your parental consent is on file and you are eligible for care.
