Professional Development has partnered with the Community Education department to bring you an online FLEX/Professional Development workshop registration system!  Beginning with June 2013 workshops, you will be able to register for FLEX and all Professional Development workshops ONLINE, track your completed workshop hours ONLINE, and view a transcript of completed workshops ONLINE, 24/7, anytime that’s convenient for you! Workshop presenters will also be able to log in and view or print their roster anytime, ONLINE.

The program is called Lumens and is quite user-friendly. The instructions on how to access the Lumens system, set up a user name and password, and register for FLEX and all Professional Development workshops are available at the link below. The instructions include screen shots from the Lumens system so that you can follow along with ease.  You can access Lumens at www.canyons.communityext.net .
