Administrative Retreats

Each year, COC administrators are invited to embark on an off-campus adventure that focuses on leadership, teambuilding, and communication skills.

Teambuilding exercises discover a wealth of potential in employees. Learning to work together and play together using teambuilding activities is what allows individuals in an organization to come together, learn about each other’s strengths, and gain insights within the team. The more inclusive the activity is, the greater the number of talents and viewpoints will be available to tackle the challenges that are presented.

COC retreats engage people not just mentally, but physically and emotionally as well. This is essential because actively engaged participants discover and create solutions to problems and enjoy excellent retention of the hands-on lessons learned.
