PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are due at the time of registration.
If payment is not received,
you will be dropped from your classes.*
*
We will make every attempt to clear the class roster of any student that
does not pay their fees. If you remain in the class, even without payment,
you must drop yourself in order to receive a refund or prevent a grade from
appearing on your transcript.
All fees are established
by action of the Board of Trustees of the Santa Clarita Community College
District and the California State Legislature. The enrollment fees and other
fees are subject to change during the academic year.
HOW TO PAY FEES
You may choose one of the following payment options:
Online:
Students may pay online with a
credit card by logging into My Canyons and going to Make a Payment. We
take the following credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. Click here to
pay online with a credit card.
Pay in Person:
You may pay in person
at the cashiers window. We are located in Seco Hall on the Valencia Campus and
at Quad 1 at the Canyon Country Campus. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, check or cash. We do not accept credit card payments over the
phone.
Financial Aid:
Students must apply for
financial aid prior to registering for a new semester. Students must have
received an award letter or a Board of Governor's fee waiver (BOGW) for the
current semester, at least 24 hours prior to accessing registration. BOGA
students obtain a parking fee waiver that covers the cost of parking; BOG B &
BOG C students may purchase one parking pass at a discounted rate. However,
depending on your award, you may be required to pay certain fees not covered by
your financial aid award (i.e. student center fees, student representation fee,
etc.). You are responsible to pay any fees not covered by your award at the time
of registration to avoid being dropped for non-payment.
CURRENT FEES
