The following are the five core categories of leadership.  Within each core category several skillshops will be offered to help you strengthen your leadership abilities.

Some say there are three choices in leadership: lead, follow, or get out of the way.  It is a decision that you need to make.  What choice will you make?  It may depend on the situation.  leadership is dynamic and situational.  learn how to define leadership, resolve conflict, and how team dynamics are shaped.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

COMMUNICATION
