Looking for a roommate that is open minded, and has a job or steady income!!! The apartment is both 10 minutes away from both the main Valencia campus and the canyon country campus. I am majoring in Liberal Arts concentration with Math and Science with plans to transfer to UC Santa Cruz for Human Biology and my buddy/roommate is a Arts major with plans to transfer to CSUN! We both know each other pretty well since we have been friends since high school. We are both open minded, funny, nice, and respectful. The apartment is furnished as much as college students can afford. the apartment comes with a garage which we don't use unless we can't find parking in front of the apartment. It is a down stairs apartment. We are 4 months into our lease and always pay on time! Please call or email if seriously interested.
