HOW TO REGISTER
First, fill out a registration form listing each course. One form per person (please feel free to duplicate the form). If paying by check, make your check payable to College of the Canyons. Then, select one of these easy methods:

IN PERSON

Register at the Community Education office:

V-110 (located in one of several modular buildings at the southern end of campus) from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Registrations also may be dropped off at the Switchboard in the A building, Monday - Thursday until 10 pm, and receipts will be mailed back on the following day.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $25 charge for returned checks.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

A registration confirmation/parking permit will be mailed to you. It is important to note start date, time, and class location on your receipt. You also will receive parking information and a campus map. Parking is FREE! If you have not received your confirmation before the beginning of your class, please call Community Education to verify your registration.

CANCELLED CLASSES

Registered students will be notified in advance if a class is cancelled by Community Education. You may choose a full refund or have your fees transferred to another class. Check and cash refunds will be mailed to you within four to six weeks; credit card refunds will be credited to your account within one to two days.

DROPPING A CLASS (REFUNDS)

If you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, you must notify Community Education by the cancellation deadline printed on your receipt for fee-based classes. Once proper notice has been received, your registration fee minus a $10 service charge will be refunded. No refunds after the cancellation date printed on your receipt!
