Introduction: Email (Electronic Mail) is a method of sending mail to and receiving mail from
other computer users. Email can be sent to anyone on the Internet, as long as you know their email address. It
is also possible to attach computer files to email messages which provides a convenient
method for exchanging files with other users.
If you are a full-time employee then you will more than likely be setup to
use Outlook as your email program. This FAQ does not deal with Outlook
questions. Instead we focus on questions dealing with the "Web
Access" version of Outlook which allows you to check your email using a web
browser.
