How to fix your email.
  1. Open the web page http://www.canyons.edu:8081/exchange/logon.asp
  2. Enter your username into the logon text box
    Username = lastname + _ + first initial; lastname, underscore, first initial
  3. Enter your username and email password
  4. You should see a window similar to the following:

    5.  Click the checkbox next to all the messages that have "ILOVEYOU" in the subject line.
    
6. Also, click the checkbox next to any message from Olsen, Rick that has a paper clip icon next to his name.

    7.    Click the "Delete marked items" toolbar button.

    8.    This will delete the messages that you just checked.  Make sure that you review your inbox again to verify that there are no messages with the subject of "ILOVEYOU".  If you find anymore, repeat the process from step 5.

    9.    If there are no more messages with "ILOVEYOU" in the subject line, close the web browser and go back to Eudora and check your mail.
