How to Register for CWEE

2. Student must determine whether he/she qualifies for
OCCUPATIONAL CWEE

section number for
registration.
3. Determine the
number of units you can enroll in, based on the number
of hours worked in a semester and whether you are Occupational or
General CWEE.
4. You may enroll in the CWEE program in the following ways:
- Online (be sure to choose the second option - "search and add")
- Choose "Register / Add Classes" under the Registration heading
- Log in (or create a new username and password, if necessary)
- Scroll down and select "2. Use Search and Register for classes"
- Select the appropriate semester; select "CWEXP - Cooperative Work

looking for (BUS = Business, etc) and check the box next to the correct
line

- Please be aware that some students have had difficulty registering for
multiple units through the Star System; please verify that you have
enrolled correctly if you choose to utilize this method.
- In-person at the Office of Admissions and Records (661) 362-3280
- Occasionally, employees at Admissions and Records may be unaware of
the special nature of our program. Be assured that CWEE is open until
mid-semester, every semester, and that add codes are never required. (As
with the other methods, please specify exactly how many units you would
like to enroll in.)
5. Attend one of the mandatory CWEE orientation sessions. (If you
prefer, you can attend an orientation before you register.) There we
will explain the program in further detail, have you fill out a contact
sheet, and give out handbooks.
