Got Problems?

The DistanceLearning department understands that students may experience problems with Blackboard 7.3. Some of these problems are mentioned below. If you do not see an answer to your problem, please contact the distance learning department @ 661-362-3724, or email distancelearning@canyons.edu.

DO NOT use non-Blackboard buttons (e.g. BACK <-- button) while taking tests on Blackboard. This "backs" you out of Blackboard, and your test is invalid. You will not be able to return to your test, and all answers will be lost.  If this occurs, contact your instructor immediately.
