Saving a Document as a .pdf |

To save a file as a .pdf you must
have the Adobe Acrobat program, not merely the
Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please see the
"Plug In" tutorial for web link.

- Start with the open document that you wish to
save as a .pdf file.
- Locate the Adobe icon on the "Formatting
toolbar," and click on the icon. a drop-down menu
will open.
- Click on "Convert to Adobe pdf." The program
will convert the document to a .pdf file.
- Save the file by using the "Save As" function.
