Enrollment Fee Waiver Program

To financially qualify for EOPS you must: 

Be a California resident, and qualify for either a Board of Governors or Enrollment Fee Waiver -- Method "A" or Method "B" 

•   Method "A" - Be currently receiving benefits from CalWORKs, TANF, SSI/SSD, or General Relief
•   Method "B" - Meet the following income standards for 2000-2001, based upon 1999 Total Family Income
