March 2, 2009 Deadline to apply for a Cal Grant for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010
May 8, 2009 Deadline to Submit STUDENT LOAN APPLICATION for Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Semesters
June 30, 2009 Last Day to Submit FAFSA for 2008-2009 School Year
July 17, 2009 Last Day to Submit required documents for 2008-2009
July 17, 2009 Last Day to Submit a PETITION for 2008-2009
Last Day of Summer 2009 Last Day to Submit BOGW or Valid Student Aid Report for Fall 2008 Semester, Winter 2009 Semester, Spring 2008 Semester, and Summer 2009 Semester

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Grant disbursement dates reflect the actual date the student grant check is mailed to the student's mailing address, NOT the date the student will receive the check.  Please allow an additional 2 - 5 days for USPS mail delivery! 
Student Loan Checks Fall 2008 Term August 25, 2008*  
  Spring 2009 Term February 9, 2009*  
*IMPORTANT NOTE:    Loan disbursement dates reflect the date COC has requested the student loan lender to issue the check, NOT the date the check will be available for pick-up. Please allow an additional 5 - 10 working days for USPS mail delivery from your lender and processing by our office.
