Institutional Scholarship Program
The application
for the 2013-2014 academic year will OPEN on 2/4/2013. The
application DEADLINE will be 3/17/2013.
The
College of the Canyons Institutional Scholarship Program is an annual
scholarship program created only for College of the Canyons students. The
program offers a great variety of scholarships based upon academic achievement
and/or financial need. Criteria vary from scholarship to scholarship. Funding
for the annual scholarship program comes from two major partners - the COC
Foundation and Associated Student Government. Gifts and endowments from
community organizations, private individuals, corporations as well as
foundations, sponsor student scholarships as a means of expressing confidence in
College of the Canyons students.
ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS:
Students will be screened for scholarship eligibility based on criteria
established for each individual scholarship. You must:
- Have completed a minimum of 6 units prior to Spring semester
- Have at least a 2.00 cumulative
grade point average
- Be currently enrolled at least part-time
(6+ units)
