The Human Resources Office is responsible for the selection and development of high quality staff, and the promotion of understanding and appreciation of the diversity of the students, staff and the community.  With respect to staffing, this includes ensuring of appropriate levels of staffing for all new and existing campus facilities and programs, providing development and training opportunities to ensure excellence, and strengthening institutional practices in the area of human resources including equal employment opportunity.
