admission requirements conform to the regulations of the U.S.
Government for issuing F-1 student visas.

of applicants
Applicants outside the U.S.
Applicants who live outside the U.S. and plan to apply
for an F-1 international student visa to to come to the U.S. to
study.
Applicants in the U.S.
with an F-1 status (Transfer students)
Applicants who live in the U.S. with an F-1 status and
attending other institution, and plan to transfer to COC.
Applicants in the U.S.
with an F-1 status (Part-time students)
Applicants who live in the U.S. with an F-1 status and
attending other institution, and plan to attend COC as a
part-time student.
Applicants in the U.S.
who plan to change to F-1 status
Applicants who live in the U.S. with a status other than
F-1 and need to change his status to F-1.
This category includes these students: (B1/B2 who have entered
the U.S. with the intention of finding a school, J-1 who's I-94
is expiring but wish to continue his study in the U.S.with no 2
year residency requirement on his DS-2019, F-2 students who are
graduating high school, students with a dependent status such as
L-2, E-2, H-4 etc. who are turning 21
years old and need to become an independent alien to continue
his study in the U.S.)
