College of the Canyons does not have dormitories therefore international students may not live on campus. At the International Students Program we try to facilitates contact between prospective students and housing providers as a service to both. Any agreement regarding housing or related services shall be between the student and the housing provider and not between either party and the International Students Program and or College of the Canyons. The International Students Program and/or College of the Canyons are in no way liable to either party regarding performance of respective obligations under any agreement.
There are currently three companies that offer services to our students. The students contract with a company which places them with a family where they may rent a room.
Most of our new students benefit from such arrangements at first then they move out and find different accommodations in the next semesters.

Renting a whole apartment or a room from a condominium or townhouse is another possibility.
There are several apartment complexes very close to the College of the Canyons. Some are walking distance, but walking distance means something different in Southern California and certainly that is true for Santa Clarita. The city blocks are larger and locations are a bit more spread out. Public transport is available and bicycle lanes make it easier and safer to travel too.
