The Promise Project engages students in the learning process by teaching strategies to explore college opportunities, discover resources to support them, and tackle problems.  Through participation in orientation and classroom activities, the Project creates an environment for students to take charge of their learning, think critically, and feel supported.

Promise Project Activities for Fall 2009 are Cancelled

As you may know, the current economic crisis has had an unprecedented impact on California’s educational systems, including its community colleges. As a response to these unfortunate times, a difficult decision was made to cancel the Promise Project. We understand that this may cause a disruption in your transition to college, which we deeply regret.
