Submit this form to the Professional Development Director if you have an idea for a workshop presentation. Presenters will receive two hours of FLEX credit for each hour of actual presentation. Co-presenters will share Professional Development presentation credit to the maximum allowed. Presenter's responsibilities include scheduling, preparing materials, and accounting for participant's attendance and evaluation of the activity.
