Public hearings sponsored by the federal Office of Adult and Vocational Education (OVAE) on the reauthorization of programs under the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998 and related issues, including Federal support for secondary school reform and reauthorization of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, Title II of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.
