Services Offered Girls Scouts is the world's preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls, where, in creating an accepting and nurturing environment, girls build character and skills for success.  The Girl Scout experience, a unique personal growth and leadership development program, engages girls in discovering themselves, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place.

The program is girl-driven, reflecting the ever-changing needs and interests of today's girls. Through leadership development, field trips, sports clinics, community-service projects, cultural experiences and environmental adventures, girls grow courageous and strong.

Girl Scouting helps girls develop their full individual potential by cultivating values, social conscience and self-esteem, while also teaching them critical life skills that will enable them to succeed as adults. Girls learn the importance of personal responsibility, the value of goal setting, the spirit of teamwork and the thrill of accomplishment.
