Counseling Appointments

NOTE: Appointments are limited prior to the start of the term and approximately 2 weeks after the start of the term. Please continue to check daily for available appointments.

ATTENTION: New incoming students with no prior external college course work, please meet with an academic advisor

Students must make an appointment to see a counselor for the following services:

  • Comprehensive education plan
  • CSU/IGETC Certification (If there are outside transcripts)
  • Graduation petition (If there are outside transcripts)
  • Apply for department certificates (If there are outside transcripts)
  • Transcript evaluation
  • Counselors are not available for counseling over the phone

Counseling appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis. New dates for appointments become available every business day.  We encourage you to check the scheduling system early in the morning to increase chances of finding an available time to meet with a counselor.

NOTE: Due to high student demand, appointments may fill quickly. For faster counseling service, students enrolled in special programs listed below are encouraged to seek counseling within these programs before attempting to see a counselor in the Counseling Office.

If you are part of any of the following programs, you can also request counseling appointments through that office:

Academic Accomodations Center

Calworks

Canyons Promise

CARE
