What Are 21st Century Skills?

21st century skills are considered by industry leaders, HR professionals, and educators to be the knowledge, work habits, and character traits necessary for workers to succeed in today’s rapidly changing work environment. While 21st century skills are often discussed in terms of a wide-ranging body of knowledge and skills.  Upon completion of the module you will receive the digital badge, your instructor will give you instructions on how to take that modules test (80% pass), upon passing the test you will receive an Instructor Verified  (digital badge) and can add this to your social media accounts, Facebook, LinkedIn Etc.

Skills Panels and extensive career development research helped determine the “Top 10” Necessary 21st Century professional skills. 
Each module contains a lesson plan for students to gain some core skills employers are searching for.  Each module contains a funny what not to do” video teaser along with instruction from a trained professional. 
Cost: The group of modules are included in one price and  (parking is included).

  • Online visual representation of learning modules completed
  • Learners can display badges across multiple sites such as FB, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Used in education and workforce as marker of achievement, skill, knowledge, and work readiness
  • Visual way for employer to understand skillset of potential applicants at a glance
  • Mozilla Open Badge Eco-System allows public recognition of badge
  • Everyone receives a badge of participation
  • A free post test is required after the module has been completed.  A passing score of 80% must be achieved to receive your instructor verified digital badge.
