Come learn how to make a couple varieties of pies for your fourth of july celebrations and summer BBQ’s! In this 2.5 hour hands on workshop we will be making at least 2 pies for you to take home for your summer festivities. First we will start off with making basic pie dough and then the fillings/components. We will be making Key Lime Pie with a Graham Cracker Crust and a Berry Pie with lattice Crust.
In this hands-on workshop we will be learning how to make different Pate a Choux Pastries, including Eclairs and Cream Puffs, as well as Pastry Cream filling and Ganache for decorating.

Bring you Mom or bake for Mom in this hands-on workshop. We will be learning how to make different desserts to serve at your Mother's Day Brunch celebrations including a Fruit Tart and scones!!
