Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, a student must drop their class and request a refund at the Student Business Office prior to the refund deadline. 


Refund Deadline Dates are printed on the Student Billing / Registration Statement. These statements are available through My Canyons or a copy can be requested in person with a photo id.

All credit balances/refunds not applied for by the refund deadline date will be lost. Credit balances/refunds cannot be transferred to the next semester/term.

For classes dropped prior to the refund deadline date, but not requested on time, late refund requests will be accepted up until the end of the semester. Please see Late Refund Policy​.
