In celebration of #GivingTuesday on November 28, 2017, the College of the Canyons Foundation is launching its first COC Giving Guide to assist in identifying and spotlighting the philanthropic opportunities that exist right here on our campus.

As we all know, financial support from state and federal funding sources continue to decline, making it more of a challenge each year to ensure that COCs goals are met and that teaching and learning are fully supported to give our students the best chances at success. As a member of our campus community, many of us reach into our own pockets each day to help students, and to supplement instruction and supplies in the classroom. We hope this Giving Guide, in its inaugural year, gives us a way to share the needs of each school or campus fund; as well as provide a way for you to support these needs through giving a tax-deductible, charitable gift. As the Foundation begins plans for a comprehensive major gifts campaign for college-wide initiatives, we believe it is also important that the needs of every school are included. This Guide gives all COC employees the opportunity to make a charitable one-time gift or to make a recurring gift through payroll deduction or by credit or debit card to your interests. We invite you to share this guide with your colleagues and friends. Thank you for helping to make a difference for our students.
