In an effort to assist in District Operations during this transition to online work and Education, the Audio Visual Department is adapting by expanding our services to include direct support for Zoom meetings and events. Whether you need information on how to secure your Zoom room or technical and staff support to run a 300 person event, we are here to help.

What is a Zoom Event/Meeting?

A Zoom Event/Meeting is hosted through a personal Zoom account, or a department Zoom account. This kind of event/meeting can include up to 300 participants. All Zoom features (ie. Chat, Breakout Rooms, etc) are available, and can be toggled on or off.

What is a Zoom Webinar?

A Zoom Webinar is a conference-style event, and is hosted through the COC Webinar account. This kind of event can include up to 500 participants, and requires an AV tech to host the Webinar.

How can AV services help?

If your event/meeting will require Breakout Rooms, multiple speakers, screen sharing, and/or AV tech staff support, we can help!
We can also assist with basic questions and use if you are not familiar with running Zoom Meetings.
