Travel, personal or for the district, is not currently restricted, except that all individuals traveling out of state are encouraged to review and abide by CDC travel guidelines

Health Screening

The District requires all persons entering District campuses to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19, including fever. By entering campus, individuals certify they are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. If a person is experiencing symptoms, they are not permitted to enter campus.

  • Signs will be posted at all entrances to campus advising of this requirement.
  • Stay home if you are ill or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19!

Physical distancing icon

Distancing

All physical distancing restrictions, including staggered work schedules, six-foot distance, etc., have been eliminated.

  • The district will continue to monitor and reemploy physical distancing measures if deemed necessary.
  • The district will maintain plexiglass barriers where currently installed to promote infection control.

Contact tracing icon

Contact Tracing

If the district learns that a COVID-19 positive individual was on campus, the COVID-19 Compliance Team will interview the COVID-19 positive individual to determine close contacts.

  • “Close contact” is defined as someone who (1) was within six feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more (e.g., three exposures of five minutes each) over a 24-hour period, or (2) had unprotected contact with an ill individual’s bodily fluids (e.g., being coughed on), starting from two days before symptom onset (or, for asymptomatic individuals, two days prior to test specimen collection) until the time the ill individual is isolated.
  • Unvaccinated close contacts of a COVID-19 positive individual will be required to self-quarantine and monitor for symptoms for 10 days before returning to campus.
  • In most circumstances, fully vaccinated individuals are not required to self-quarantine after a close contact.

Cleaning

The district will continue to clean frequently touched surfaces to mitigate risk of transmission from contamination.

Individuals should continue to wash their hands regularly and use hand sanitizer available throughout campuses.
