- If there is a need to fill a specific position, a Coordinator will contact you. Otherwise, you may not hear from TLC until a relevant poistion becomes available.
Interview Scheduling:
- If there is a match between your skills and the available position, the Coordinator will reach out to you to schedule an interview.
Interview:
- Attend the scheduled interview with the TLC Coordinator.
Offical Hiring Process (Current COC Students):
- If you are a current College of the Canyons (COC) student and successfully pass the interview, you will be hired as a college assistant.
- Next, you'll need to visit the Student Employment Office (Student Center #111) to complete the necessary paperwork.
- The paperwork process for College Assistant employees typically takes between two weeks - one month from submission to the commencemnt of work.
Offical Hiring Process (Non-COC Students):
- If you are not a current COC student, and successfully pass the interview, you will be hired as a Short Term employee.
- Next, you'll need to visit the Human Resources Office (University Center #360) to complete the required paperwork.
- The paperwork process for Short Term employees typically takes one to two months from submission to the commencemnt of work.
Timely Completion of paperwork:
- It is crucial to complete all paperwork promply to avoid any delays in your start date.
- Once all paperwork is processed, you will receive information about your offical start date.
