Nuts, Bolts, & Thingamajigs

Two week-long summer MFGT camps were offered this summer (2023) with over 40 students attending. Campers were introduced to manufacturing, metal fabrication and welding.

Currently, the revision of 12 core courses within four stackable certificate pathways to incorporate the CheckPoint, WeldScore and Weld Sequencer software is in process. 

Current infrastructure work is under way to outfit a total of 49 advanced welding booth with data connectivity.

It is anticipated that data collection of students performance using the PowerWave suite assets will begin as of SP 2024.
