Talent Acquistion Manager, College of the Canyons

Courtney Cordova is the Talent Acquisition Manager in the Human Resources Department of College of the Canyons. After 12.5 years of being active duty in the Navy, she began her second career as a recruiter. She has experience recruiting in many different environments including military, healthcare, private security, administration, finance and higher education. She has a 13 year old daughter who is amazing and together they enjoy movies, the theatre and playing with their dog, Alice. She likes to spend time volunteering with the Veteran Services Collaborative of SCV, as well. She also likes to think she’s funny, but it’s usually just her mom laughing.
