Jacqueline Diaz-Fontana

Empowering Women Through the Hard Times 

Jacqueline Diaz-Fontana is a mental health advocate and a licensed Peer Support Specialist.

She is passionate about raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health and suicide prevention. She regularly speaks at conferences, workshops and on podcasts. She is the founder and director of Erick A Garcia You Are Enough Foundation, a non-profit organization that she founded in honor of her son Erick in 2018. The organization provides educational workshops, local events to bring awareness, Grief Support groups, Scholarships to High School Students, and brings free resources and free therapy for people in need. Jacqueline believes that the lives of all people with mental health issues have value. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
