Lifting up Women in our Community

In 2002, Jennifer relocated from Toronto Canada to Los Angeles and began her tenure at USC. Over the following decade, she steadily ascended through roles within the Auxiliary Services Division, honing her leadership and operational skills. Jennifer made the difficult decision to move into the CEO/MOM role in 2011 to be a leader for her 3 boys over the next few years. Jennifer stayed active by volunteering in roles of President, Vice President, and Treasurer for a multitude of community non-profits. In 2016, Jennifer made the move to re-enter the workforce and eventually made the crucial decision to join full time the company she Co-Founded, Human Element Company. Jennifer is currently the Executive Officer for Human Element Company, a Staffing and HR Agency. In addition, Jennifer Co-Founded a local Lean In Circle and has been the spear head to growing Lean In into 8 additional Circles within SCV. Jennifer is also the Founder and current President WEWIL Collaborative (Women Empowering Women In Leadership), an organization that offers women centric professional development. Jennifer currently serves as Chair Women for InfluenceHer, a Chamber of Commerce Women’s networking group as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the SCV Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer is a futuristic restorative achiever with a deep appreciation of belief and discipline.
