Mrs. Senta Greene is the Founder and Co-Executive Director of Full Circle Consulting Systems, Inc. and celebrates a 30-plus-year proven track record in professional learning and development and leadership services with expertise in transformational leadership, family empowerment, trauma-informed care and practices, and diversity, equity and inclusion for child, youth, and human social justice. Senta, along with co-executive director, Dr. Kathleen Van Antwerp, brings a deep understanding of human development, brain science, organizational development, and the importance of emotional intelligence as distinctive elements of why they are nationally recognized as human developmentalists, skilled facilitators, trainers, and systems strategists. The work of Full Circle has been the catalytic action for professional learning and /or systems change for children, families, and diverse workforces, including education, social services, law enforcement, and the military in Austria, Amsterdam, China, England, Finland, Jamaica, and the United States. Senta is a daughter, sister, wife, and a mother of three amazing children.
