The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is a professional membership organization that works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children, birth through age 8, by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research.  Select this link to Learn more about NAEYC.


The Early Childhood Education AS for Transfer (AS-T) degree at College of the Canyons is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Early Childhood Education Programs of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The accreditation term runs from March 2022 through August 2024.
