WHAT IS SPEECH & ACTING TEAM?
College of the Canyons' award-winning Speech & Acting Team provides students with the opportunity to hone their public speaking, presentation, and acting skills, the most sought after skills by employers. As with any other team activity, you'll make new friends and have a ton of fun in the process.
HISTORY OF SUCCESS
COC WINS BIG! For the past decade COC has received Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals at state and national tournaments. Many students have benefited from the speech team by transferring to UCLA, USC, UCSD, UCSB, Berkeley, and many other prestigious universities

THINKING OF JOINING?
We accept new team members at the start of each semester. We have 1 and 4 Unit classes. Tournaments occur on the weekends a few times a year. Don't worry, they're tons of fun!
