Explore a new activity, upgrade an existing skill, and learn while you have fun!
At College of the Canyons Community Education we offer short-term classes and activities, easy registration, low fees and outstanding instructors.
The Community Education program offers non-credit, fee-based classes and activities designed to serve individuals with educational goals that do not require college credit. Community education classes are offered in addition to COCs credit program and are not academic equivalents or prerequisites of regular credit classes.

Sparkforce Welding Camp
Hands on welding camp for High School students. Campers will work in a real-live welding & metal fabrication lab and gain valuable experience.

Culinary Classes with Chef Kristi
We're easing our way back into offering Culinary and Baking Classes again for our Community members! Certified Paralegal Exam Study Courses
Prepares students to take the Knowledge section of the Certified Paralegal Exam administered through the NALA - The Paralegal Association.
Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Courses
GNSS technology has become a Land Surveying industry standard and there is an increasing need for Land Surveyors with GNSS technology skills. This program will provide students with a fundamental understanding of GNSS technology, Geodesy, field techniques and applications, GNSS data adjustments, processing, and analysis, and map projections.
