Per the Classified Senate Constitution, Article 2: Purpose, sub-section E., the Classified Senate President is to "Make recommendations and reports on behalf of the Classified Membership to the Board of Trustees, Administration, and other internal organizations and groups on topics deems outside the scope of the collective bargaining"
