To add workshops/trainings to your Transcript you need to find them and register for them. Note: The software refers to registering as a Request but that is a term in the software; it does not necessarily mean that there is any approval required.
Adding ILTs (Workshops) from the Calendar

Hover over Learning and then click on Workshop Calendar.

On the Workshop Calendar you will see all of the Instructor Led Trainings that are available to you. You can change your view to Day, Week, Month, or view it as an Agenda by selecting each in the upper right part of the calendar.

On the calendar you can hover over a workshop to see more details.

To register for one of the trainings, click on the title of the workshop and you will see the screen to Request the training. Click on Request and you will then be registered for the training. (Note: The software refers to registering as a Request but that is a term in the software; it does not necessarily mean that there is any approval required).

After you register, you should receive a confirmation email with an Outlook calendar for the date and time of the workshop.

For the 2023/24 academic year, the State Chancellor's Office funded Faculty Cultural Competency Training .
This exceptional training on "Ensuring an inclusive classroom" was provided in a series of four workshops during the fall and spring semesters and presented by Dr. Regina Stanback Stroud and her colleagues at RSS Consulting.
Please be sure to fill out the "Enter FLEX Credit" form in the Vision Resource Center to get your FLEX credit.
