Public Invited to Participate in Survey

College of the Canyons has created a Continuing Education Survey to identify the unique and specific needs of the Santa Clarita Valley community.

The 10-minute survey will help the college develop new and relevant no-cost programs for community members who wish to obtain new skills or master new concepts to use in the workplace.

“Over the past year we have been gathering feedback from our local business partners and their employees to learn what their biggest needs are,” said Justin Wallace, director of educational partnerships at the college. “As COC continues to roll out new courses, it is important for the college to obtain feedback on what the community needs are so they can be responsive.”

In response to community feedback, the college has recently created new courses for human resources certificates, health fitness and wellness, cybersecurity, and professional skills.
