Conversational English and Accent Reduction (not for credit)

This class is designed to engage English language students in listening and speaking exercises. Activities are related to real life setting in order to help develop fluency of spoken English.

Students will master patterns of spoken English through the study of pronunciation, tone and conversation strategies. Conversational English and Accent Reduction is open to anyone, however, the course is more appropriate for high-level English language learners or students who have completed or tested above COC Noncredit ESL Level 2B.

Students must register for Community Education activitiesin advance, the Community Education office is open 8:30am till 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday.
