Born in Arequipa-Peru; Spanish instructor at College of the Canyons and Secondary Teacher at Bishop Alemany High School. Received a B.A in Language Arts with emphasis in Spanish Language and Culture from California State University of Northridge. Obtained an M. Ed in Educational Leadership from University of La Verne. Member of the FOL (Focus on learning) committee that developed the WASC self study for the WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) School Accreditation. Collaborated in the development of innovated curriculum and strategies; to improve the area of Curriculum and Instruction. Member of CLTA (California Language Teacher Association) and MCLASC (Modern and Classical Language Association, Southern California) Member of the AP College Board.
