SUMMER RN APPLICATION CYCLE

August 2026:
Spring 2026 RN application cycle will open. Please follow the Nursing Program Application Checklist-SUMMER step-by-step.

Important Dates/Deadlines

On or before August 31, 2026:
All required documents, including official transcripts due in Admission & Records (NOTE: If possible, hand delivery will ensure timely receipt of your documents - see Application Checklist).

August 17, 2026 - August 31 , 2026 - 2 weeks ONLY:

  • RN Application Submission Window
  • Submit Nursing Program Application online!!!
    PLEASE NOTE: All applicants can expect to receive the first email notification of application status, September 30, 2026 - October 14, 2026 (tentative), via your COC student email only.
  • Only eligible applicants will be invited to take the ATI TEAS (Version 7 released June 2022) and will be assigned a date and time to test.
  • Approximate testing date will be in October (invitation only).


Correspondence Timeline for Upcoming SUMMER RN Application for Spring 2027 -

  • September 30, 2026 - October 14, 2026 (tentative) Status updates will be sent via your COC student email only.
  • Mid October (tentative)
    ATI TEAS TEST DATE (Version 7) here at COC (invitation only) or deadline for official submission of ATI TEAS results first attempt only.
  • October 31, 2026 
    Acceptances to the RN program will be sent via COC student email.
  • November 2026 SAVE THE DATE If accepted (invitation only), mandatory RN Student Orientation.
  • February 15, 2027 (tentative)
    Fall 2027 RN application cycle will open. Please follow the Nursing Program Application Checklist-WINTER step-by-step.

Note: all dates are tentative and may change depending on number of applications received.

WINTER RN APPLICATION CYCLE

Fall 2027 RN application cycle will open. Please follow the Nursing Program Application Checklist-WINTER step-by-step.

February 15, 2027 - March 1, 2027 - 2 weeks ONLY:

  • RN Application Submission Window
  • Submit Nursing Program Application online!!!
    PLEASE NOTE: All applicants can expect to receive the first email notification of application status April 1, 2027 - April 14, 2027 (tentative) via your COC student email only.
  • Only eligible applicants will be invited to take the ATI TEAS (Version 7 released June 2022) and will be assigned a date and time to test.
  • Approximate testing date will be early to mid to late April (invitation only).

  • April 1, 2027 - April 14, 2027 Status updates will be sent via your COC student email only.
  • April 2027(tentative) - ATI TEAS TEST DATE (Version 7) here at COC (invitation only) or deadline for official submission of ATI TEAS (Version 7) results first attempt only.
  • by May 14, 2027 (tentative) Acceptances to the RN program will be sent via COC student email.
  • June 2027 (tentative orientation)
    SAVE THE DATE If accepted, mandatory RN Student Orientation
  • August 16, 2027, 12:00 pm - August 30, 2027 , 12:00 pm - TWO WEEKS ONLY (tentative) Spring 2028 RN application cycle will open. Please follow the Nursing Program Application Checklist-SUMMER step-by-step.
