BOY SCOUTS of AMERICA introduce first-ever WELDING MERIT BADGE!
The Boy Scouts of America launched a Welding Merit Badge which became available to Scouts nationwide on February 24, 2012.
Opportunities in the welding field are endless, and Scouts earning their welding merit badge can not only explore the fundamentals of welding, but also learn about the different career paths within the industry.
Welding is the latest of a new group of career oriented merit badges.
