      • Samuel Dixon Health Center (located in SCV) offers a sliding fee scale, meaning they will charge you based on your income and family size, if you have no insurance. SDFHC

      • San Fernando Community Health Center (located in SFV) 

        offers a sliding fee scale, meaning they will charge you based on your income and family size, if you have no insurance. 

        • Services include primary care, dental, and health education. 

      • MEND provides residents with health, vision, and dental care. Must be uninsured to receive health care.

      • Must bring proof of residence and income, as well as a photo ID. Serves residents from Arleta, Lake View Terrace, Mission Hills, North Hills, Pacoima, San Fernando, and Sylmar.

    • AT&T offers an inexpensiveWIFI andhotspot service that ranges from $5-$10 a month!
      • Offer applies to SNAP recipients and/or California residents with a household member who receives SSI benefits
    • College Buys offers discounted prices for students on software, laptops, accessories, Internet, etc
    • Residents who have SCV Water as their water company can receive 1 water efficiency kit per account which includes 1 shower head, 2 faucet aerators, 2 hose nozzles, 1 toilet flapper, and 2 leak detector dyes for free.
    • If you qualify for California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) or Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) you can receive from 18-30% off your electric bill forSoCal Edison.
    • One time bill assistance up to $100 dollars forSoCal Edison. There are three organizations in Santa Clarita that can be contacted to apply for this assistance.SoCal Edison only.
    • Appliance replacement assistance is available. You can qualify if you or someone in your household receives certain public assistance programs or based off of combined annual income. If eligible you could be given an appliance upgrade or energy saving services.SoCal Edison only.
    • If you or someone in your household requires a medical device or needs air conditioning for medical reasoning you may qualify for medical baseline allowance. This program provides an additional 16.5 kWh per day to the normal baseline allocation.SoCal Edison only.
