ZOOM: We are able to assist students with Microsoft Office, basic computer and formatting help, and other general questions - remotely using Zoom. Please call our office to set up an appointment time for us to assist you.

PRINTING BENEFITS:
80 B/W, 50 Color prints are free each week. Come into the Lab to print what you need. If you cannot come in yourself, you have the limited time option to submit files using the online Printing Order Form. Fill out the form and upload your files and let us know if you will pick up your papers at either the Valencia or Canyon Country Campus, curbside or inside the office. Additional details are on the order form. Curbside Pickup days are Mondays - Thursday, 11am - 1pm. In-Person pickup is available ONLY during open office hours.

ON CAMPUS SERVICES:
The Associated Student Government (ASG) sponsors a student computer lab on each campus.

The use of the ASG Computer Labs is FREE to students who are enrolled in classes in the current semester - a benefit of the Student Support Fee. Please bring your COC ID Card to use our services.

FREE PRINTING!!
One of the great benefits of using this lab is free printing. Students can print or copy 80 B/W and/or 50 Color prints free each week.

Students have access to:

• 39 computers: 36-Dell PC's, 3-Apple iMac's with latest version of Microsoft Office programs
• PC's have Adobe Creative Suite - iMac's have iWorks Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• 4 B/W laser printers
• 1 Color laser printer
• 'Quick-Print Stations' for those that want to print and go!
• Fax machine (faxing is free!)
• Copy machine
• SCANNER - OCR capable
• Headphones, 6-in-1 Memory Card Reader
• Staplers, 3 hole punch, paperclips, tape and highlighters
• FREE Phone Charging Station
• Both academic and non-academic work can be done in this lab!
