Login Support For Orientation, Assessment, or Advisement

This website was created to help students troubleshoot their log-in issues with the Online Orientation, Assessment, or Advisement modules. Each of these processes rely on the same login-software. The software captures your very first log-in attempt into any one of these systems and saves this for all future attempts. It is extremely sensitive, and any deviation in birthrate, capital letters, or even and extra space, can make it so that the system generates an error message. This means, if you took your orientation last year for example, and mistyped your birthrate or ID number or had a different last name at that time, or used a hyphenated name or nick name for yourself (like Mike instead of Michael), all future logins must match that original login. If you have never used our systems before, this may be an issue with your ID that may take a little more time to repair.

If you have tried logging-in multiple times, and can still not determine why you are having an error, use the form on the right-hand side to submit a work-request. We will review your request in the order it was received during normal weekday business hours, and will typically respond within 2 business days. Please use your my.canyons.edu email for sending correspondence to college. This helps us verify your identify, as opposed to 3rd party email accounts trying to access our systems.
