International Film Festival Colloquium 

Spring 2023

We invite you to join faculty presenters as we explore the upcoming International Film Festival’s theme on the role of women in cinema. From femme fatales to renegade directors, women have played a vital, if overlooked role in creating iconic moments on celluloid over the past century This colloquium will serve as an opening conversation for our slate of international films to be screened this semester. We will discuss these themes as well as present short clips from this fall’s upcoming films.
